Photography we ask you use in your social interaction, but not in any misaligned purpose.
Audio/video recording by anyone – other than the Official SPAC Photographic Contractor – is strictly prohibited on the trade show floor, and in the educational sessions. Some of our Speakers and Educators will share their presentations, and some not. It is at the sole discretion of the speaker.
We have 3 (4 on Thursday) tracks of sessions taking place succinctly. We offer a variety of sessions regarding School Photography, Sports Photography, and then general classes that appeal to a broader spectrum, such as Marketing and Sales. Additionally, we offer specialty sessions, such as Senior Portraits,PreSchool Photography, Dance Studio, etc. Most companies invest in bringing a team for in depth training. Bringing their top photographer to partake in the demonstration on techniques, their top sales representative to have them participate in the Sales and Marketing sessions. Lead production person to be trained in workflow. Then naturally the smaller group discussions for long time SPAC attendees, engaging in topics such as employee issues, legal aspects, discussing new paradigm our business is expanding into.
No you can pick and choose the sessions you attend. However on Wednesday we do offer Pre-Conference Tracks: School 101 , Sports 101 that is an all day class, ideal for our newer attendees, or new to business. Great classes to cover the spectrum of School Photography and Sports 101 “Team and Individual” business. These Pre-Conference Tracks do have an additional registration fee, and sign up.

Your tickets will be emailed to you when Registration is completed. Your name badge(s) will be ready for you at the SPAC Information Counter, located in the Conference Center. For your convenience, the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa offers a scheduled shuttle to and from McCarran Airport. These shuttles are reserved for the use of hotel guests only.
If you are planning on using the South Point’s Airport shuttle, please call 866-791-7626 (ask for Shuttle Reservations) to book your spot on the shuttle as soon as you have your flight information. We do not take same day reservations for the shuttle, it is first come first serve on day of.
South Point’s Airport Shuttle from McCarran Airport should be met at Level Zero at Terminal 1. The shuttle is white and blue and has very distinguished South Point logos on it. For those guests arriving at Terminal 3, please take the McCarran Airport courtesy shuttle service from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1. The McCarran Airport courtesy shuttle may be met on Level Zero at Terminal 3 in the center of the curb. Once you arrive at Terminal 1, proceed to the South Point Shuttle. When returning to the airport, the shuttle from the South Point picks up in Valet which is located at the east entrance of the hotel.
Parking is available.
The strip is only a few minutes away. You can easily find a taxi in the valet area of South Point, or call ahead. There is also a South Point Shuttle, please inquire with the front desk for more information on pick up times.
