Scholarships to Help You Grow with SPAC
At SPAC, we believe that access to education, connection, and inspiration should be available to everyone. That’s why we offer a range of scholarships designed to help photographers and creatives from all backgrounds attend and grow through the SPAC experience. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step in your career, our scholarships are here to support your journey.

First-Time Attendee Scholarship
The First-Time Attendee Scholarship is open to anyone who has never attended SPAC in person (SPAC 2021 Virtual does not count). This scholarship is designed to welcome new voices into the SPAC community and help more photographers experience the education, energy, and connections SPAC has to offer.
Each scholarship includes:
- One (1) All Access Pass to the SPAC 2026 Conference and Trade Show
- One (1) Pre-Conference SPAC University Track: Choose either Schools 101 or Sports 101
Note: This scholarship does not cover travel or accommodations.
Deadline to apply: September 15, 2025
Recipients will be notified via email.
High School Senior Young Creatives Scholarship
The SPAC Young Creatives Scholarship is here to champion the next generation of visual storytellers. If you’re a high school senior with a passion for photography or yearbook, this is your chance to be recognized and supported as you take the next step in your creative journey.
Each year, SPAC awards six scholarships of $1,500—two in each U.S. region: East, Central, and West. Recipients also receive a Sony camera and kit to continue honing their craft.
Qualifications:
- U.S. high school seniors with a strong passion for photography or yearbook
- Planning to pursue higher education in a creative or related field
- Open to students of all backgrounds and regions

- Application opens in February
- Submission deadline: May 1, 2025
- In 2025, we proudly awarded six scholarships to students across the country
